Dr. Shahd Alshammari is the author of multiple books, including her latest memoir on illness titled Head Above Water. The memoir was first published by Neem Tree Press in the UK in 2022. It came out recently in the US via Feminist Press.

Nada will be giving away a free, signed copy of the memoir to one lucky person in the audience.
