In addition, I provided group coaching during team meetings to help employees feel seen and heard at the same time while remaining on track and achieving the tasks set out in their agendas.

It is thus important to note that coaching is not about positive affirmations or pretending to be happy all the time while ignoring negative emotions and troubling thoughts. Instead, coaching involves restructuring thoughts and making lasting changes that gradually become ingrained in our habits over time.

Specifically, coaching provides a framework that encourages and supports individuals to break free from self-limiting thoughts so they can build the life they desire and become the person they aspire to be.

A successful coaching relationship is ultimately one that empowers the client. In other words, it helps the client get better at recognizing their gut instincts, rising up to challenges, and advocating for their craft.

Nada's coaching sessions follow ICF regulations, with the client setting the agenda. However, as a professional creative, Nada recognizes the lack of structure and support that creatives often experience in their chosen field. Therefore, in addition to ICF-approved coaching sessions, clients will also receive out-of-session prompts to help them restructure their thoughts and goals. These prompts include exploring and designing strategies that will help creatives combat their negative voices, live up to their core values, identify their next projects or tasks, organize their workspaces, and, among others, optimize their professional calendars and to-do lists.

Furthermore, there are multiple opportunities to reflect on the effectiveness of each session, allowing clients to feel in control of the coaching process at all times.

By the end of a coaching package with Nada, clients should feel accomplished, having achieved their goals or transformed limiting beliefs.

12 Weeks

A Regular Coaching Track costs:
720 KD (60 KD per session) - [ $2,340 ]

In a Regular Track, clients receive:
​

• Twelve 50-minute audio coaching sessions, one each week

​

• Laser-focused summaries of sessions encapsulating the main insights from each call (they identify the session's topic, takeaway, obstacles, commitments, and value)

​

• Three 30-minute video calls for quick wins and challenges, one after every 4 sessions (these calls help us celebrate the client's wins, and they help us strategize a plan for the following month)

 

• Access to me via emails, voice notes, and text messages (clients are encouraged to contact me between sessions to ask questions, share their wins and challenges, or discuss ideas to develop further in our upcoming calls

• And because 10% of everything I make goes to charity, clients can vote on the charity I donate to next

EXPEDITED

6 Weeks

An Expedited Coaching Track costs:
390 KD (65 KD per session) [ $1,268 ]

​In an Expedited Track, clients receive:
​

• Six 50-minute audio coaching sessions, one each week

​

• Laser-focused summaries of sessions encapsulating the main insights from each call (they identify the session's topic, takeaway, obstacles, commitments, and value) 

• One 30-minute call for quick wins and challenges after four sessions (this call helps us celebrate the client's wins, and it helps us strategize a plan for the next two) 

• Access to me via emails, voice notes, and text messages (clients are encouraged to contact me between sessions to ask questions, share their wins and challenges, or discuss ideas to develop further in our upcoming calls
