Audio Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are exclusively auditory to enable the client to truly hear themselves think. As a coach, I am a detached thinking partner who uses honed listening and asking skills to energize the client. As a coach trained in ICF-approved coaching methodology, I believe that clients hold the answers to their questions. My job is thus to empower them in every coaching call. These calls are 50-minutes long, conducted on WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meets, or by phone. There are 4 sessions in a Basic package, 6 in an Expedited Premium, and 12 in a Regular Premium.
Laser-Focused Summaries (LFS)
After each session in a premium package, I organize my session notes into a laser-focused session summary. These take an additional 1-2 hours of work on my end after each call. Clients have raved about their significance, because they allow the client to cut through the numerous thoughts and focus on the fundamentals, so even though it takes additional work on my end, I've included them in the premium packages.

Generally speaking, laser-focused summaries (LFS) are divided into the following categories:
- Topic: The thing that was on the client's mind at the start of the session. For example, "I'm caught between 3 career paths right now and don't know what to do."
- Takeaway: The thing that the client wants to work on in the session. "I want clarity by the end of the session on which one to choose."
- Obstacles: A concise list of potential roadblocks. For example:
- "I'm not financially ready to make this decision."
- "I need to consult with my husband, but I know he'll tell me to stay where I am."
- "My boss might replace me if I don't make a decision soon."
- Commitments: These are the tasks that the client commits to working on before the next session. For example:
- "I'm going to take my husband out for a nice dinner, and I'll tell him why I want to change my job first. Then I'll tell him about my deadline for my decision and ask him for his help with my exit strategy."
- "Before I respond to my boss, I'll make a few phone calls to friends to help me expand my options."
- Value: What the client learned about themselves or their options in the call. For example, "I really appreciated the calm energy you brought to the call because I was a mess at the start, but your questions helped me think outside of my anxiety and allowed me to start paying attention to what was really available for me. But maybe the biggest value is remembering that my husband is on my team and if I just spend a little more effort speaking to him in a way that shows him care and consideration, he'll no doubt help me make the best decision for my wellbeing and our family."

Reflective Exercises
After each session in a premium package, clients receive reflective exercises centered on a pillar for creative fulfillment. In an Expedited Premium package, clients receive the first five forms and the tenth. In a Regular Premium package, clients receive all ten. These forms help a creative focus their energy weekly on a specific area of the creative's life. At the end of the package, clients say they feel more well-rounded and that they possess more practical tools to help them balance life's demands with their creative deadlines.

Nada's 10 Pillars for Creative Fulfillment include:
- Identifying the Vision for one's creative project in the context of the coaching program. For example, what are we trying to build over the next few weeks?
- Identifying hurtful patterns of thought and developing strategies to overcome them. For example, what tools can we use to prevent the Negative Voice from sabotaging our progress?
- Grounding one's Values in habits and behaviors and spending more time experiencing one's Higher Self in action.
- Distinguishing between elements of the Creative Project that are within one's control and those that aren't, then spending time, energy, and focus on developing a practical action plan that helps one move forward toward their goals.
- Taking deliberate action to foster a healthier and kinder Support Network.
- Introducing a variety of Self-Care practices in one's life, to ensure fulfillment and prevent burnout.
- Cultivating a Failure Vaccine and bolstering one's Resistance to obstacles, rejection, and disappointments.
- Taking time to optimize one's Systems & Resources. This means updating databases, upgrading hardware and software, transitioning data to more suitable platforms, and so on and so forth.
- Differentiating between purpose and pleasure and developing a manageable strategy for Giving Back and Socia Impact.
- Revisiting the strategies to help overcome The Negative Voice and consolidating one's proactive toolbox before moving onward.

Wins & Challenges Call
This is a 30-minute audio and video check-in to celebrate wins and prepare for challenges at the end of each 4 sessions. Wins & Challenges Calls are scheduled on a different day and time than the coaching sessions. After every 4 coaching calls, clients receive an email with a scheduling link to book a day and time for their 30-minute audio/visual conversation. These are fun calls where coach and client celebrate the client's success and discuss potential challenges to look out for and thus to prepare the stage for the next batch of coaching sessions.

I added these to my package to help humanize the coaching process and to encourage creatives to truly take some time out of their busy schedules and to genuinely celebrate their achievements and talk about their accomplishments with happiness and pride.

Postponement Policy
In premium packages, a coaching session can be postponed if notice was given 24 hours before the call. In a 6-session package, up to 2 calls can be postponed without the need for any explanation. In a 12-session package, 3 sessions can be postponed--no questions asked. However, any session postponed after the limit will be billable — i.e., considered canceled and not postponed, unless there was a prior conversation and agreement. For example, if clients have vacations or business trips that might conflict with sessions, they can always share these as soon as they have an itinerary and if they discuss this at least 24-hours before their sessions. There are no postponements in a Basic 4-session package.

Since sessions are already half-price in a Basic package, any session that is not utilized is considered canceled and not postponed. Clients are thus encouraged to enroll in this package only when they know that they can set aside a month to focus on progressing in their creative project.

Final Packet
At the end of a premium package, clients receive a PDF that is jam packed with valuable information about their thought processes throughout the coaching program. This PDF includes all the laser-focused sessions, answers to all wins and challenges calls, and all the reflective exercises. A premium client leaves the program with a tangible documentation of their cognitive restructuring. They can revisit this material any time they want. Clients who enroll in a Basic coaching program do not receive a final packet.
Brief Access to Me
All clients will receive brief access to me via phone and email. These succinct correspondences help clients check in or update the coach with their progress. Clients can text, voice note, or email longer questions in between sessions.
Voting on where I donate next
I donate 10% of everything I make to charity, as it is part of my Values in Action. I also care about building a community of likeminded individuals. Thus, I invite all my clients to tell me where they prefer I send my tithe to next.
WHAT IS COACHING LIKE WITH NADA?
The aim of a coaching relationship is to create dynamic, forward-moving energy as the coach and client focus positively on the client's visions and goals.
Liberation from Limited Thinking
By focusing on core values rather than striving for perfectionism, coaching with Nada helps creatives improve their lives and creative projects. When core values serve as guiding principles, they lead to genuine and long-lasting fulfillment in the social, spiritual, financial, and physical areas of one's life.
Embracing one's own values enables individuals to become more compassionate parents, attentive partners, and dedicated creatives (i.e., writers, painters, YouTubers, musicians, and more).

Values empower individuals to advocate for themselves, their beliefs, their loved ones, and their communities.
It is thus important to note that coaching is not about positive affirmations or always pretending to be happy while ignoring negative emotions and troubling thoughts. Instead, coaching involves restructuring thoughts and making lasting changes that gradually become ingrained in our habits over time.
Specifically, coaching provides a framework that encourages and supports individuals in breaking free from self-limiting thoughts, building the life they desire, and becoming the person they aspire to be in the world.
A successful coaching relationship ultimately empowers the client. In other words, it helps the client improve their ability to recognize their gut instincts, rise to challenges, and advocate for their craft.
Nada's coaching sessions follow ICF regulations, with the client setting the agenda. However, as a professional creative, Nada recognizes the lack of structure and support that creatives often experience in their chosen field. Therefore, in addition to ICF-approved coaching sessions, clients will also receive out-of-session prompts to help them restructure their thoughts and goals. These prompts include exploring and designing strategies that will help creatives combat their negative voices, live up to their core values, identify their next projects or tasks, organize their workspaces, and, among others, optimize their professional calendars and to-do lists.
Furthermore, there are multiple opportunities to reflect on the effectiveness of each session, allowing clients to feel in control of the coaching process at all times.
By the end of a coaching package with Nada, clients should feel accomplished, having achieved their goals or transformed limiting beliefs.
Unlike other coaches, Nada Faris believes in offering a money-back guarantee if clients feel that they are not benefiting from the package because she takes pride in the testimonials she receives from clients whose lives change as a result of her coaching. You can read or watch these testimonials here.
