  1. Describe a time when you faced challenges in your creative work. What support would have helped you the most?
  2. How do talent and creativity relate to each other? Are they similar or different?
  3. Who gets to decide who is "creative" and who isn't?
  4. Should creatives be paid for their work? If yes, then how much? Is there a limit?
  5. What is the role of creativity in a turbulent world?
  6. Who are your creative idols, and why are they important to you? Name 1-3.
  7. What stage in the creativity process do you enjoy the most and why? (Planning, drafting, polishing, showcasing, marketing, etc.)
  8. How often do you incorporate further education in your creative process? For example, do you read books about your craft, listen to podcasts, enroll in workshops, etc.
  9. How do you celebrate your creative achievements? You can also describe a specific recent example.
  10. What role does mentorship play in creativity and which position do you typically occupy: mentor or mentee?
  11. When should a creative consider their audience? And what is an audience anyway?
  12. What is your current relationship with failure as a creative, and how would you like it to evolve?
  13. Is competition or collaboration more effective for developing one's craft? Discuss.
  14. Continuous drafting and taking breaks from a creative project are fundamental tools for improving one's work. But when do these practices become obstacles that prevent the work from reaching its audience?
  15. If your friend showed you a piece of work that you thought was 'trash,' what would you tell them? How would you put it? And why?
  16. Your friend has received a big break and you're feeling jealous. How would you handle these intense emotions while staying true to your integrity?
  17. How do you prefer to receive negative feedback? What about this approach makes it valuable for you?
  18. Do you live somewhere that is supportive of your creativity? What are the challenges or benefits of your current environment?
  19. Are your family members supportive of your creativity? How have their attitudes impacted your creative drive and opportunities?
